What stands out, both good and bad

The hotel atmosphere was fantastic, with a clean aesthetic and helpful staff who assisted us with accessibility options. The pool was a refreshing option despite its chilly water.

We encountered some noise disturbances from the nearby highway, impacting our sleep quality .

Exceptionally clean hotel with magnificent and absolutely perfect location in Madrid close enough to the shopping mall. The staff were extremely friendly and pretty friendly and helped us with private parking. Easy check-in, fast check-out. Great pool area too...

Clean and cozy rooms

It is a Business Hotel comfortable enough if you just need to sleep and go for a meeting in the area around. Staff at the reception was very good and helpfull. Room very silent.

Room need a bit of update. Moquet on the floor was old and stained.

The hotel has a great chill vibe and is super clean. The staff were really friendly and helped us with questions about parking for disabled people. Enjoyed the pool even though the water was freezing, classic madrid stuff. Plus, our rooms were what we expected and really comfy mattresses. It was nice that our rooms were together, that was a win!

We booked a room for 3 people, with a sofa bed, however the services/facilities in the room were only for 2 people (2 towels, 2 glasses of water, ....)

It was nice, clean and modern.

I booked 2 rooms and in one of them the TV was not working and even though we informed the hotel, it was not repaired/changed on time.

The room was super clean and equipped with comfortable mattresses. Breakfast offered a good assortment, including crisp salads that were particularly refreshing. The pool water was quite cold, and the distance from the city center made travel less convenient, with taxi fares adding up quickly.

It was close to the location of the business event and it was good for the price>

There was no spa or massage services and no gym.

There were a mini fridge bar, a personal safe and an iron/ironing board in the room, liked that. Location: the hotel was short walk to the business area, the airport and the Real Madrid stadium, and the outskirts of Madrid.

Clean, comfy, and close enough!

The place was really clean, and the staff were super friendly. The pool area was nice too, perfect for chilling after a long day. Had a good breakfast spread, but the location's a bit far from central attractions, so be ready for some traveling. Everything was quite nice!

Do recommend for an overnight stay

Comfortable room, excellent amenities, with a tv and Wi-Fi connection for seamless entertainment and communication, coupled with a convenient location just a 20-minute drive from a popular city attraction.
